Associate Facilities Director Mission Bay - UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital : Job Details

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Formulates, implements, and monitors facilities management policies and programs. Developsplans to meet objectives and deliver results. Manages fiscal, physical, and personnel resources and may manage multiple facilities and personnel. The Associate Facilities Director is responsible for the implementation of operational management-level decisions applied down through subordinate staff (Managers, trades, engineering, and applications teams). Supports the Director with objectives, programs, develops strategies and policies, and manages human, financial, and physical resources. Proactively collaborates with the management team to assess risk in establishing systems and procedures to protect organizational initiatives. Through governance, determines strategies and programs that support and align with organization-wide goals.
