Wacos Technical Development Program (TDP) is a local three-year rotational leadership development program. Throughout the three diverse and challenging twelve-month rotations, the TDP members will develop exceptional functional and leadership traits by working on a wide range of projects while providing exposure to different leaders at the site. The incumbents will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: TDP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities: - Engineering - Manufacturing - Quality - Science & Technology - Purchasing and Supplier Management - Supply Chain.
