Associate Engineer/Engineering Technician - Heico : Job Details

VPT Rad is a fast-moving and ever-changing environment that will test your ability to think on the fly and discover innovative solutions for many engineering tasks.

You will learn:

• The essence of characterizing silicon-based devices and the effects of multiple types of radiological environments have on them.
• Soldering of various devices such as thru-hole, surface mount, leadless and more

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating automated test equipment (ATE) for the execution of radiation testing/characterization of electrical components.
• Operating machinery that is used for the exposure of electrical components.
• Assisting VPT Rad's test team around the laboratory by assembling PCBs and test fixtures.
• Analyzing data collected from testing.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
