Overview

Associate Director, Web Strategy Lead (bilingual) – S&P Global. The role involves managing two global teams, ensuring the successful development and delivery of web application solutions. This position involves key stakeholder management with Business Owners to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the development of the end product. You will guide and mentor team members across different regions, ensuring smooth collaboration, project execution, and the delivery of high-quality web applications aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a global development team to design, build, and deploy web applications.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Build and maintain application interfaces for integrating with front-end and back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle large amounts of data and traffic.
  • Design, implement, and maintain database solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple layers of the application stack.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Proven experience with front-end frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing service-oriented architectures.
  • Solid experience with relational databases.
  • Expertise in full-stack development with an understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing global teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Experience with containerization technology and container orchestration systems.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Final base salary will be based on geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. It is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
