Associate Director, Transactions - Invesco : Job Details

The Associate Director, Transactions position is based in New York and will be responsible for supporting the Transaction Officer in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities with an emphasis on residential within the Northeastern United States markets. Key Responsibilities / Duties: Assist Transaction Officer in sourcing, structuring, and negotiating investment opportunities, ranging from core to value add to opportunistic. Lead the creation of thorough and concise investment committee packages that clearly identify and articulate strategy and risk to Investment committee. Perform and provide expertise on all aspects of the financial modeling, focusing on unleveraged, leveraged, and structured analysis. Manage the overall investment process, performing due diligence and collaborating in the compilation of information to assess an investments viability.
