Position Description Advertised Job Summary Associate Director of Student Involvement for Student Organizations & Fraternity/Sorority Life ( FSL )University of South Carolina UpstateSTA00388PO25Spartanburg, SCThe Associate Director of Student Involvement for Student Organizations & Fraternity/Sorority Life ( FSL ) serves as the primary administrator for supporting registered student organizations and advisor to USC Upstate's fraternity and sorority community. The university is home to over 75 registered student organizations, including 14 fraternities and sororities. The Associate Director interprets and enforces University policies and procedures, in addition to inter/national headquarter policies. This position is responsible for programming and educational initiatives, marketing, events, and organization training & development. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record.
