Associate Director-Quality (Aerospace & Defense) - Microchip Technology : Job Details

The Associate Director of Quality (Aerospace & Defense) will be responsible for providing leadership to the site QA teams that support multiple business units and multiple technologies: ICs, discrete and system/module product lines. The focus will also be on the development of processes, systems and suppliers to expand Microchips product offering and support for the Aerospace and Defense market. This includes coordinating and aligning efforts to implement and integrate aerospace and defense compliant systems and processes into the Microchip ecosystem. In addition, this role will support the site Quality Mangers to develop and manage quality systems, customer quality, manufacturing quality, supply chain monitoring process development and quality initiatives.
