Overview
Are you a strategic, solutions-driven leader with a passion for digital operations in media and healthcare? We're looking for an Associate Director, Digital Operations to lead complex, cross-functional projects that fuse technology, media, and innovation—delivering high-quality, on-budget results that elevate both client impact and agency performance. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end project execution and portfolio financials, including P&L management, media spend tracking, and budget optimization. You'll mentor teams, enhance workflows, and ensure operational excellence while building trusted client partnerships.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of digital operations or project management experience (preferably in healthcare or advertising) along with deep knowledge of media platforms, data analytics, financial acumen, and digital production. What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and media projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows for seamless integration of media and technology.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
- Guide teams in executing high-quality, innovative solutions within the healthcare media landscape.
- Own financial performance of client portfolios, including P&L, budgeting, and margin optimization.
- Track media spend, reconcile expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct financial reviews and ensure budget alignment with client and agency goals.
- Foster accountability for financial performance across teams.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing best practices in digital and media delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and workflow execution.
- Standardize documentation and tools to support scalability and quality.
- Contribute to agency-wide initiatives focused on innovation and operational competitiveness.
Client Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating objectives into actionable, measurable project plans.
- Support client relationship management with transparent execution and financial tracking.
- Represent digital operations in client meetings and align work with strategic agency goals.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Promote high-performance behaviors aligned with agency values and leadership principles.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct 1:1s, and encourage skill development across digital and media operations.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in digital healthcare media.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and forward-thinking project execution.
- Support business development by offering operational insights that showcase agency expertise.

- Success in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of media and technology with a strategic approach to project management, financial stewardship, and client satisfaction
