Overview

KPMG US is seeking an Associate Director, Personnel Security & Insider Risk to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for the firm security services strategy, managing program reviews and measurements of progress as set forth by senior leadership
  • Enable firm security teams through continuous improvement, trend identification, and other service maturation offerings leveraging contemporary technologies inclusive of artificial intelligence
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and integrators through the design, deployment, and optimization of security services; work with cross functional disciplines, develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Apply a working knowledge of public and private sector risk management and data analysis methodologies to support the daily execution and strategic direction of the converged threat management program
  • Deliver third-party security risk management services via inquiries and leading other program components to support the timely identification and response to external risk considerations

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with demonstrated exposure to public and private sector intelligence and/or programs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or security related fields is preferred
  • Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and procurement processes
  • Strong working knowledge of investigative and open-source intelligence analyses
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability in building trusted liaison and collaborative relationships across disciplines
  • Experience with international or multi-site security project deployments
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
