Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Education and Health Care Provider Activation – US Dermatology - Organon & Company : Job Details

Support overarching congress strategy and messaging; execute all HCP-facing materials and partner with Strategic Relations on KOL engagement strategies. Develop and manage speaker program content (e.g., decks, handouts) and logistics, while exploring new ways to activate speakers through digital and influencer-style channels. Support creation of sales training materials and resources across HCP audiences and specialties, ensuring consistent messaging across peer-to-peer and field education. Develop compelling key messages for all peer-to-peer initiatives, ensuring content is modern, engaging, and optimized for multiple channels (live, virtual, digital). Lead the development of commercial content and materials for advisory boards and partner with Medical and Strategic Relations on objectives and execution. Oversee the creation and execution of third-party custom HCP programs such as virtual broadcasts, podcasts, and other innovative formats.
