Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Education & Health Care Provider Activation For Dermatology

The Position

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Education & Health Care Provider (HCP) Activation for Dermatology (US). The position will be based in Plymouth Meeting, PA and will report to the Director, US Dermatology Brand Marketing Strategy.

The Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Education & HCP Activation will lead the development and execution of engaging peer-to-peer educational experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across specialties within Organon's U.S. Dermatology business unit. This role will drive content creation, messaging development, and materials delivery for congresses, speaker programs, advisory boards, sales training, and third-party custom initiatives such as virtual broadcasts, podcasts, and other digital-first experiences.

Sitting on the US Dermatology Marketing team and partnering closely with the Dermatology Strategic Relations and Medical Affairs teams, this individual will ensure all programs are aligned with brand objectives and executed flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external agencies.

A key focus of this role is also to reimagine how Organon engages and activates HCPs by bringing a modern, innovative lens to peer-to-peer education. This includes leveraging new digital platforms, activating speakers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) as influencers, and exploring fresh approaches to HCP engagement that go beyond traditional models. By introducing these forward-thinking tactics, the Associate Director will elevate the impact and reach of Organon's HCP education efforts, ultimately driving stronger connections and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support overarching congress strategy and messaging; execute all HCP-facing materials and partner with Strategic Relations on KOL engagement strategies.
  • Develop and manage speaker program content (e.g., decks, handouts) and logistics, while exploring new ways to activate speakers through digital and influencer-style channels.
  • Support creation of sales training materials and resources across HCP audiences and specialties, ensuring consistent messaging across peer-to-peer and field education.
  • Develop compelling key messages for all peer-to-peer initiatives, ensuring content is modern, engaging, and optimized for multiple channels (live, virtual, digital).
  • Lead the development of commercial content and materials for advisory boards and partner with Medical and Strategic Relations on objectives and execution.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of third-party custom HCP programs such as virtual broadcasts, podcasts, and other innovative formats.
  • Partner closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to drive timely content approval and maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Relations, Medical Affairs, Sales, Compliance, Data & Analytics, HEOR, Business Technology, Procurement, and external agencies to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Introduce modern, digital-first approaches to HCP engagement and KOL activation by identifying new platforms, channels, and formats to expand reach and impact.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor contracts, and agency deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize programs and track KPIs internally

Required Experience and Skills

  • BA/BS
  • Minimum five years Commercial pharmaceutical marketing or marketing support roles, with a proven track record in scalable HCP Education programs.
  • Dermatology therapeutic area experience and knowledge.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance HCP engagement and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong cross-collaboration abilities, content management and execution, problem solving, teamwork, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with leading and collaborating across functional areas, influencing without authority, and working with external partners.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise and hands-on MLR review experience.
  • Requires approximately 20-25% travel, including some weekends.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and complex timelines.
  • Comfort with digital marketing platforms and ability to innovate in HCP engagement.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Clinical degrees or licenses such as BSN, NP, PA, or PharmD.
  • Demonstrated competency in marketing practices and processes.
  • Experience in KOL engagement with existing relationships across Dermatology.
  • Experience in adjacent specialties including but not limited to Pediatrics, Allergy, and Immunology.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.

Annualized Salary Range (US)

$125,400.00 - $213,100.00
