Associate Director, Paid SearchProgressive digital media agency in NYC is seeking an Associate Director to join their growing team! We are looking for someone with focused experience in SEM who is passionate about the emerging media landscape, with proven client management skills. This role will require an experienced team leader who is looking to join a fast-paced digital agency and contribute to the agency's rapid growth. The position will work across various high-profile national and global accounts, supporting account teams in implementing digital media schedules across paid search inclusive of Google and Bing campaigns. The position is hybrid, with 3 days of week of your choice in office (can vary week to week.)Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planningServe as executive contact for several top agency accountsManage and train existing paid search team, and help to grow the teamFocus on professional development through ongoing feedback, performance reviews and quarterly 1-on 1 with team members.Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications with key client accounts5+ years of agency paid search advertising experience from within an agency settingExperience optimizing accounts based on back end KPIs and CRM dataStrong data analytics and strategy backgroundProve team leadership inclusive of management experience, including hiring & firing responsibilitiesExceptional communication skills with experience presenting to client-side executive teamsExcellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing teamCompensation: $135,000 - $150,000#LI-BT1
