Associate Director of Safety, Facilities, and Security - F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG : Job Details

Manages the SHE, Security, and Facilities maintenance to comply with applicable regulatory and company policies, utilizing industry best practices, and identifying and managing risk. Reports directly to the Head of SBX Technology. Manages the Facilities Specialist and safety contractors. Works cross-functionally to develop and support facilities projects and implementing new technology processes including remodels, new equipment, and reagents, etc. . Manages all moves, construction, upgrades, and maintenance for the site. Leads hazard identification - determining and implementing necessary risk assessment programs/processes as well as related facilities changes. Responds to and investigates all SHE, Security and Facility issues. Supports post-incident analysis to determine mitigation strategies to reduce future incident frequency and impact.
