The Associate Director of Recruitment and Training plays a strategic role in serving as the liaison between the Admissions Team and other offices such as faculty, Institutional Research, and the Registrar. This position is dedicated to optimizing recruitment strategies and tactics through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to aid in making data informed decisions. The position will ensure the staff and faculty are highly trained to effectively recruit and market MSMC. The Associate Director will work with the leadership team to meet annual goals for student enrollment. Essential functions.
