Fraser Dove International is partnering exclusively with a leading life sciences organisation. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in New Hampshire.
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head their raw material planning operations and drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

What you will do:
As the Associate Director, Raw Material Planning, your duties and responsibilities will
include:
· Lead raw material planning, procurement, and inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
· Manage supplier relationships, conducting quarterly business reviews and driving performance improvements.
· Ensure planning processes adhere to GMP, FDA, and safety regulations.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Logistics to resolve issues and align on priorities.
· Drive Lean Six Sigma projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
· Analyse supply chain data to proactively mitigate risks and optimise inventory.
· Utilise SAP or equivalent ERP systems for demand-supply alignment and planning efficiency.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed
as the Associate Director, Raw Material Planning:
· 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or inventory management.
· 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of managing teams.
· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills in a GMP-regulated environment.
· Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred).
· Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules) or similar ERP systems.
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
· APICS/CPIM certification and advanced data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau) are preferred.
