Job Title: Associate Director of Product, Monetization

Your MissionAs Associate Director of Product for Monetization, you are responsible for driving the success of our monetization and content strategy initiatives on Call of Duty: Mobile. You will collaborate with analysts and researchers to enhance our understanding of key monetization opportunities and challenges faced by players. Your role involves ideating new monetization features, systems, pricing strategies, and content strategies, and partnering closely with our development partners at Tencent in China to align on the overall roadmap. Additionally, you will evaluate the performance of new monetization initiatives through A/B testing, analysis, and research, applying learnings to improve the game. You will manage a Product Manager and a Senior Data Scientist, reporting to the Senior Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Mobile team.
