About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp, well-rounded Associate Director of Growth to lead our eCommerce growth strategy. You'll sit at the intersection of paid media and performance creative, guiding strategy, creative direction, and execution across channels. You'll manage our media buyer and digital content producer while also rolling up your sleeves when needed to keep the engine moving and growing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, isn't afraid to question assumptions, and is obsessed with testing, learning, and scaling. You\'ll work directly with the Head of Jukebox and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.
This role will report to the Head of Jukebox. This is a full-time role with company benefits based out of New York City, NY. In office 4 days a week (NoMad area).
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $155,000 to $165,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
