This position is responsible for managing student engagement, leadership programs, advising student organizations, and supporting departmental assessments and donor stewardship. The role reports to the Director of Engagement, Leadership, and Service.

**Minimum qualifications:** Baccalaureate degree; preferred Master's in higher education or related field with five years of experience in managing programs, supervising, budgeting, and leading collaborative efforts.

**Key responsibilities:**

• Serve in the absence of the Director, managing two units related to student engagement and leadership.
• Advise the Student Government Association and Graduate Student Association, overseeing their expenditure of funds and operational success.
• Manage departmental assessments and support fundraising and donor stewardship efforts.

**Skills required:** Positive attitude, organizational skills, effective communication, confidentiality, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and establish effective relationships.

**Physical demands:** Lift up to 25 lbs; standard work environment.

**Additional info:** Full-time, Monday-Friday, some nights and weekends. Salary: $70,000. Application priority deadline: August 25, 2025. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
