Brief Description of Duties:
The Associate Director of Data, Registration & Billing is responsible for managing the dual and concurrent enrollment student registration and billing processes for the Accelerated College Experience (ACE) program at Stony Brook University (SBU), and for tracking, maintaining, and reporting all program data to key stakeholders including SBU, the State University of New York (SUNY), National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP), and ACE partner high schools. This position reports to the Director of SBU's ACE program and works closely with SBU colleagues in the Registrar's office, Bursar's office, Division of Information Technology (DOIT), and Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness. Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, decision making, critical thinking, and analytical skills are vital to this role.

This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption. In addition to the employee's base salary, this position is eligible for $4000 UUP annual location pay, paid biweekly. For this position, we are unable to sponsor candidates for work visas.
