Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to drive our growth across the East Coast USA ecosystem. This role is 80% hunter / 20% farmer and will be responsible for winning new biotech and mid-pharma clients, progressing active leads, and expanding strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Boston/East Coast biotech community, a deep understanding of early drug discovery CRO services, and a demonstrated ability to close scientific, high-value partnerships.
