Overview

Associate Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing – New York, NY (NoMad). This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Head of Jukebox and requires four days per week in the office. The base compensation range is $150,000 to $170,000, with compensation commensurate with experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do
  • Brand Strategy & Expression – Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity; ensure consistency across packaging, retail displays, campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Integrated Marketing & Campaigns – Lead integrated campaigns across DTC, retail, social, and PR; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable revenue and brand equity.
  • Product Marketing & Launches – Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, from messaging to activation; translate product benefits into consumer and shopper storytelling.
  • Calendar & Planning – Own the annual marketing calendar for launches, campaigns, and cultural moments; align teams to maximize impact and sales.
  • Consumer Insights & Engagement – Build customer personas and targeting; develop playbooks to grow loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value.
  • Measurement & Optimization – Define KPIs for brand awareness, equity, and revenue; monitor results and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Lead and mentor the brand marketing team; scale capabilities to support long-term growth.
About You
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or product marketing (CPG, beauty, or personal care preferred).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Track record of leading product launches and retail activations.
  • Strong creative intuition paired with analytical rigor; capable of dreaming big and measuring results.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
  • Passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers and redefine categories.
