The Director of Adult Discipleship is a person who is passionate about walking with people wherever they are in their faith journey, especially as they grow in Christian community, encounter Jesus, and grow as disciples rooted in prayer and Christ's teachings.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead community groups for intentional growth.
  • Recruit, train, and shepherd leaders within the ministry.
  • Engage and inspire large groups effectively.
  • Understand and promote the parish mission, vision, and discipleship pathway.
    • Qualifications:
  • Committed Catholic disciple with experience in small group ministries.
  • Excellent relationship skills and leadership qualities.
  • Self-starter, reliable, and driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large church context.
