Job Description :
The Associate Director of Admissions & Events position oversees department functions and acts on assigned leadership tasks and roles. The Associate Director works closely with the Director of Admissions to assess enrollment and make data-driven decisions for recruitment. The Associate Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all LIM events, including Open House, Transfer Days, Info Sessions, and other events. SALARY: $68,000/ Annually ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Leadership. Carries out direct supervisory responsibilities which includes coaching, training, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing challenges and reviewing problems. Delegating responsibilities to the Admissions staff to ensure that policies and decisions are properly discharged at all levels in the office. Student workers.
