Associate Director of Accounting and Reporting Hospice - Greater Baltimore Medical Center : Job Details

Under limited supervision, manages operations in general accounting. Manages the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and various other reporting. Assists CFO-Gilchrist in overseeing the planning, control and effective utilization of the financial resources of the institution. Incumbent will also be responsible for supervising staff level employee(s). Assists with the development of the budgeted and financial management process of all Clinical Leaders. Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in business administration. Licensures/ Certifications:CPA required. Experience:5 years of accounting experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience. Skills:Knowledge of accounting related principles, practices, and regulations.
