Title: Associate Director New Product Launch / Strategy

Location: New Jersey - 3x on site per week

Company: Small / Mid-Size Pharma

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible in creating and developing market strategies for new products within the portfolio. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Portfolio, Supply Chain, and other teams you will be responsible for evaluating new product development opportunities and products to determine market fit and potential.

Desired Skill Set:

• Bachelors Degree - REQUIRED
• 8+ years Pharma experience in Generic / Injectable
• Product launch experience in Generics / Injectables
• Develop and implement Generic Injectable product strategies and product promotion
• Multi-tasker - can be working on anywhere between 1-6 product launches at a time
