Zenith, a full-service media agency and part of Publicis Media, is seeking a talented Associate Media Director, Strategy. This role involves managing day-to-day media planning and strategy for a high-profile account, leading a team, and developing innovative media plans that align with client goals. The position reports directly to the VP, Strategy.

• Implement marketing strategies and oversee planning across campaigns
• Develop objectives aligning with client's marketing and business goals
• Lead cross-team efforts to define and execute campaigns
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding industry and business issues
• Evaluate media performance and KPIs with internal teams
• Supervise, train, and develop junior staff
• Manage administrative functions like client setup and billing
• Manage projects and resources impacting client's business
• Participate in recruiting and mentoring staff
• Lead by example in planning and activation processes
• Stay informed on media landscape, trends, and competition
• Maintain strong knowledge of cross-channel media and client's business

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 6+ years of media planning experience
• 2+ years managing junior staff
• Agency experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Nielsen, Kantar, IMS, and other industry tools
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex problems
• Excellent management and organizational skills
