Position Overview

The Associate Director, Media Operations supports the Publicis Power of One media team by managing operations, integrating multiple agencies, improving processes, managing systems, and overseeing reporting and data manipulation. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, capable of handling complex projects without a predefined roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement process improvements and quality assurance measures
• Manage media validation, reporting, compliance, and supervise team members
• Coordinate with leadership on team priorities and manage workload
• Lead large projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee USAA's paid media billing process, including tracking budgets, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance
• Develop training materials and provide process feedback
• Handle sensitive information discreetly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
• 8+ years in operations or project management, with media or advertising agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MediaTools, Guidlines, and Prisma
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
