Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing distribution capabilities of Loan Syndicate in the Americas, implementing the global Loan Syndicate strategy across verticals such as project finance, Commercial Real Estate, Fund Finance, and Leverage Acquisition Finance.
- Help deliver the Regions and the overall Global TPI budget.
- Develop and manage distribution channels to both bank and non-bank investors.
- Participate actively in determining Syndicate & Financing Risk strategy to maximize shareholder value, identify competitive advantages, and align with the overall strategic direction of Syndicate & Financing Risk and CIB.
- Build relationships with the loan investor universe to achieve primary and secondary distribution volume targets while maximizing skim income.
- Assist in reducing stick positions through sales and distribution across our footprints.
- Ensure no breaches of compliance standards.
- Support senior directors in coordinating with business lines to review deal structures, optimize sell-down timing, monitor underwriting exposure, and execute distribution strategies for primary syndicated loans.
- Assist in the bookrunning processes of Americas transactions and update stakeholders on the primary syndication process.
- Support distribution of secondary loans alongside Portfolio Management.
- Provide market intelligence to Financing Solution Team and other product partners.
- Promote governance, compliance, and risk standards.
- Provide pricing feedback to Global Capital Markets teams as requested.

- Provide syndication support to product partners and the syndication team on various transactions.
Secondary Selldown
- Draft T&C offer sheets ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Underwriting Applications
- Provide detailed and accurate information for syndication strategies in underwriting applications to minimize delays.
Deal Ticket Submissions
- Ensure timely and accurate input of secondary sales into the deal ticket system.
Client Presentations
- Assist in preparing client pitchbooks, deal teasers, and RFP responses as needed.
Qualifications

The expected annual base pay range for this role is $168,000 to $210,000, with final offers based on experience, skills, and location. Compensation includes variable pay, benefits, and programs supporting health and well-being.
