About The CompanyOur client is an alternative asset management firm investing in the private equity, credit, and real estate space, with distressed funds expertise. The Associate Director will be responsible for the entity and department level accounting.Responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly and quarterly ACS transaction fee and revenue share reporting
• Manage and coordinate on the GAAP and Non-GAAP reporting requirements
• Maintain a strong SOX controls environment and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare detailed balance sheet and income statement variance and fluctuation analyses in connection with the monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reporting presentations
• Coordinate with other teams on strategic investments to ensure proper accounting treatment and reporting
• Prepare and assist on the filings and audit of financial statements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 6-8 years of related accounting experience
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Financial reporting experience required

Salary Range$135,000-$165,000
