The Center for Academic Success and Enrichment (CASE) seeks an Associate Director to be responsible for case management for student retention and success and supervising professional staff. Supervise professional staff members in the department. Mentor, train and develop all staff under their supervision. Responsible for academic intervention support for Boston campus students. Meet with students for informational or drop-in appointments, providing relevant material about academic support. Work collaboratively and flexibly with faculty and staff to implement academic support; coordinate and problem solve with academic departments to ensure student support is implemented appropriately. Manage a cohort of students and provide support, solutions, and/or referrals as appropriate. Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely student case notes.
