We're looking for an Associate Director, Investment Banking to: • Analyze all aspects of both internal and external workflows and given significant responsibility across the deal lifecycle. • Workflows may include industry research, sector and vertical database maintenance, newsletters and updates, market analysis and client requests. • Responsible for developing pitch book presentations to explain industry trends. Discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals. • Identify and meet client needs; coordinating and working alongside colleagues and investors; spotting problems and generating options and recommend solutions; and working with the full deal team to professionally execute on behalf of the team's clients. • Use financial analysis, financial modeling, deep company and industry diligence, and preparation of investor and deal materials, including but not limited to pitch books, management presentations, valuation materials, data room maintenance, etc. Generating new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.
