In this role, you will serve as the enterprise leader for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), responsible for both the strategic direction and operational excellence of the platform. You and your team will oversee the full suite of WFM modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence/ Leave, Attestation, Pay Rules & Accruals, Labor Forecasting, and Reporting/ Analytics ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for Chewys 15,000 Team Members. This position blends hands-on system expertise with workforce transformation leadership.
