Role
- GMV & P&L ownership: Manage a large and growing budget for acquisition and retention marketing to deliver topline GMV at sustainable returns.
- Growth leadership: Manage a team of growth marketers across acquisition and lifecycle marketing and own relationships with external agencies.
- Experimentation of Growth channels: Pioneer end-to-end testing on new growth channels.
- Metrics & reporting: Set true north KPIs for the growth organization and lead teams to optimize performance.
- Project management: Drive a culture of experimentation across the organization, collaborating with Product and Brand.
- MarTech Tooling: Build upon our growth tech stack to ensure we have the right MarTech tooling.
- Full-Funnel View: Work with Marketing & Campaign Team to understand the Full-Funnel view of marketing investment.
- Attribution and Lift Modeling: Develop an in-house POV on attribution and attribution modeling.
About You
- 7-10 years experience in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics.
- T-shaped marketer with understanding of all facets of growth marketing and deep expertise in certain areas.
- Deep understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing and data-driven customer journey insights.
- Experience setting the vision and strategy for the marketing organization.
- Experience managing large paid marketing budgets.
- E-commerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position.
