Associate Director, Global Marketing, Hemophilia A (ALTUVIIIO & ELOCTATE)

Associate Director, Global Marketing Hemophilia will drive omnichannel excellence and digital transformation to deliver best-in-class launches of ALTUVIIIO globally. This strategic role combines digital innovation with traditional marketing to create seamless, data-driven customer experiences across all touchpoints. He/she will partner with team members on key HCP marketing initiatives for ALTUVIIIO, and lead patient strategy and tactical plans. This individual will also serve as the key point within the Hemophilia franchise for Omnichannel and Digital partners, to help identify portfolio level synergies and to advance our digital-marketing capabilities. In addition, he/she will serve as global marketing point for Eloctate.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of hemophilia marketing through innovative omnichannel approaches while working with cutting-edge digital technologies and AI solutions. It will be dynamic and highly cross functional, requiring strong engagement with cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and SOBI alliance partners. Position will report to Global Head, Hemophilia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel strategies that drive engagement across HCP and patient touchpoints for ALTUVIIIO.
  • Partner with the Omnichannel and Digital Teams to define strategic plans for ALTUVIIIO.
  • Establish and track omnichannel KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead key digital and AI-related initiatives including Turing implementation.
  • Serve as point to develop Gen-AI content.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop integrated persona based customer journeys.
  • Partner closely with the HCP Marketing Lead on the execution of the HCP core campaign, materials, and programs.
  • Lead development of patient-directed program and materials with a focus on ex-US markets. Serve as key business partner for initiatives with corporate affairs.
  • Lead congress promotional activities for ALTUVIIIO.
  • Serve as global marketing lead for ELOCTATE, managing affiliate and SOBI alliance relationships.
  • Manage advertising agency partner and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and biopharma experience.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing strategy and execution, creating connected customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results working in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with agencies and regulatory review/approval process.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Readiness to travel (up to 20% of time).
  • Strategic thinking with strong digital acumen.
  • Ability to take leadership in implementing new ideas/ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and digital/AI platforms as well as data analytics expertise and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
