The Northwell Health Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicineseeks Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO Physician to join our team asAssistant/Associate Director of Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center (a Tertiary Hospital located in Long Island, NY). Required qualifications include American Board of Pathology (ABP) certification in Clinical Pathology; accredited fellowship training in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine with ABP certification/eligibility in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. The preferred individuals would have demonstrated potential leadership skills and teamwork abilities. The selected candidate must hold a valid New York State Medical License and Certificate of Qualification in Transfusion Services:
