Associate Director, EP Fellows Program - Boston Scientific Corporation : Job Details

The Associate Director will assess, develop and lead electrophysiology (EP) Fellows educational strategy to enhance and optimize focus on our EP Fellows Program, inclusive of A - Fib solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics (CRM - Dx) products and therapies. You will Identify, implement and support training courses to build early knowledge, develop proficiency, and enable confidence in our Rhythm Solutions portfolio. As an Associate Director you are required to deliver innovative education & training programs to EP Fellows across a variety of platforms to create accessibility to educational content, including in-person, virtual, digital and mobile. Your role requires you to investigate and analyze ongoing training needs to develop training plans and programs that meet the changing needs and priorities of the business, while partnering with internal stakeholders and leadership.
