Associate Director Of Enablement Interoperability

As the Associate Director of Enablement Interoperability, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling the tools, training, and resources that empower internal teams and market partners to successfully recruit, implement, and optimize our interoperability solutions. This role is essential in preparing frontline teams to position interoperable solutionsincluding Medical Record Retrieval, Point of Care Alerts, and Electronic Authorizationsthrough integrations with leading EMRs (Epic, eCW, athenahealth, Veradigm), HIEs, FHIR APIs, and more. You will also serve as the primary liaison for Salesforce CRM training across the organization, while collaborating closely with Creative and Marketing teams to drive outreach effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a passion for simplifying complex healthcare processes into clear, actionable content and tools. Key Responsibilities

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage comprehensive enablement materials, including product overviews, recruiting playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and objection handling guides.
  • Operationalize new products by creating repeatable, go to market processes for Recruiting, Implementation, Direct Connection, and Provider Performance Teams.

Salesforce CRM Training & Optimization

  • Lead Salesforce CRM training and onboarding for teams using the platform, with focus on pipeline management, case/task management, and data insights.
  • Support dashboard development and reporting to track provider lifecycle and team performance across Recruiting, Implementation, Operations, and Provider Performance.

SharePoint & Knowledge Management

  • Own the structure, organization, and maintenance of the Interoperability SharePoint repository, ensuring timely updates and accessibility of resources for all stakeholders.

Digital Vendor Documentation

  • Create and maintain Digital Vendor Manuals to capture vendor relationships, contractual standards, compliance, quality expectations, payment models, and renewal timelines.

Marketing & Creative Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Marketing and Creative partners, collaborating on visual and messaging strategy for product promotion across slide decks, digital campaigns, videos, and other media.
  • Ensure collateral is customized by EMR or connectivity channel to support targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

Business Planning & Goal Setting

  • In coordination with leadership, draft annual and stretch goal planning in partnership with our markets to align enablement and recruiting efforts with broader strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Performance leaders to track against benchmarks, forecast growth, and surface opportunities for expansion.

Use Your Skills To Make An Impact

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in provider enablement, digital health, CRM training, or healthcare operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in team leadership with proven coaching and development skills.
  • Experience managing or supporting large-scale CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and EMR ecosystems (Epic, eCW, athenahealth, Veradigm).
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managed care, value-based care, or quality/risk programs (Stars, HEDIS, MRA).
  • Prior involvement in business goal planning and performance tracking.
  • Background in marketing collaboration, creative review, or content development for provider-facing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with compliance, data security, and healthcare information exchange frameworks (FHIR, HL7).

Travel

This is a remote-first role, but occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings, provider engagements, or team trainings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
