Serve as Program Manager/ Project Manager for large-scale Member Service implementations Create, maintain, and deliver applicable project documentation (i.e. project plans, executive status, communication plans, leadership communications) for assigned change initiatives to understand project objectives, timelines, and strategy Coordinate project and process implementation efforts and impact planning with applicable GCO business partners to lead end-to-end business process and project implementation Drive the implementation of assigned Member Service business strategy and process initiatives across all applicable project work streams to ensure needs and goals are met within deadlines Collaborate with Government Operations leadership and key stakeholders while serving as a Member Services Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cross-functional meetings and on assigned projects to understand, influence, and communicate business strategy and process initiatives Lead and individually contribute to ...Director, Enablement, Associate, Project Management, Member Services, Project Lead, Technology, Healthcare
