Associate Director/Director, Sales Operations - Hachette Book Group : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Associate Director / Director, Sales Operations for Hachette Book Group. We seek a candidate with a proven record in optimizing sales processes, enhancing efficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders. This role partners with our sales, warehouse and customer service teams to implement strategies and resolve issues and is crucial in ensuring that our sales team operates smoothly and effectively with the insights necessary for success. The role is NYC based, reports into the SVP, Deputy Group Sales Director and the candidate will need to be in the office three days a week as part of the hybrid working policy at HBG.
