Associate Director/Director, IT Data and Analytics - Tris Pharma : Job Details

Strategy & Leadership. Defines and executes the data and analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities. Serves as a thought leader and advocate for data-driven decision-making across departments (e.g., Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance)Manages a small, high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers. Data Architecture & Engineering. Oversees development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms (data lake, data warehouse, and pipelines)Ensures integration of data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, LIMS, EDC, PV systems)Implements modern architectures (e.g., ELT, cloud-native, serverless) using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS - Analytics, BI & AI/ ML - Leads enterprise reporting and dashboarding efforts using platforms like Power BI, & Tableau.
