Associate Director/Director, IT Commercialization and Digital - Tris Pharma : Job Details

Digital Platform Strategy & Execution. Leads planning, design, and deployment of external-facing digital platforms including product websites, HCP portals, and patient support sites. Partners with commercial and brand teams to implement digital marketing tools, including tag management, consent tracking, and performance analytics. Ensures scalable, compliant architectures using CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe, Sitecore, Webflow, Acquia)Commercial & O 2 C Enablement. Oversees IT systems supporting order-to-cash (O 2 C) workflows, including integration with ERP (e.g., JD Edwards) and 3 PL logistics. Manages systems that support field sales, patient services, and reimbursement processes. Drives automation and visibility across pricing, contracting, chargebacks, and returns Market Access & Specialty Pharma Infrastructure.
