Position Overview

International is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a being a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions and is strongly committed in evolving its digital capabilities and tools.

We have a great opportunity on our Team for anAssociate Director - Digital Strategybased in our Lisle, Illinois Corporate Headquarters.

This position will support the development and management of our Commercial Organization's digital strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear digital strategy that aligns with the Commercial Team's vision and objectives.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Organization to advocate for the Commercial digital implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that align with our strategic goals.
  • Support and manage the Product Owners (Digital Layer, Data Analytics and CRM)
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback,and competitive landscape to informdigitalproduct decisions.
  • Ensure the successful launch and adoption of digital products, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all digital strategy-related inquiries and initiatives for Commercial Team.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience

OR

  • Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience

OR

  • At least 12 years of technical project/program management and/or product owner experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience
Additional Requirements
    Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.   • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on digital strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
