Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Dentistry . The successful candidate will manage a cohort of residents, faculty, and clinical training sites, ensuring compliance with program requirements and CODA standards. Job Responsibilities Travel: Routine visits to clinical sites and attendance at conferences and recruitment events. Accountability: Report to the Program Directors, managing compliance with GME and AEGD policies. Accreditation: Prepare for and manage CODA site visits. Communication: Serve as the primary contact for residents, faculty, and sites, managing all communications. Program Management: Oversee documents, reports, evaluations, and orientations related to the program. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Recruitment: Engage in resident and site recruitment activities. Minimum Qualifications DDS or DMD license or eligibility in the US. At least 5 years of dental practice experience. Graduation from an accredited dental school. Preferred Qualifications Completion of an AEGD or GPR residency program, preferably in the Boston area.
