Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Dentistry. The successful candidate will manage a cohort of residents, faculty, and clinical training sites, ensuring compliance with program requirements and CODA standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Travel: Routine visits to clinical sites and attendance at conferences and recruitment events.
  • Accountability: Report to the Program Directors, managing compliance with GME and AEGD policies.
  • Accreditation: Prepare for and manage CODA site visits.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for residents, faculty, and sites, managing all communications.
  • Program Management: Oversee documents, reports, evaluations, and orientations related to the program.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Recruitment: Engage in resident and site recruitment activities.
    • Minimum Qualifications
    • DDS or DMD license or eligibility in the US.
    • At least 5 years of dental practice experience.
    • Graduation from an accredited dental school.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Completion of an AEGD or GPR residency program, preferably in the Boston area.

    Qualified candidates must communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
