This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance across our commercial functions, supporting our growth and commitment to rare disease therapies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy, Governance, and MDM: Lead the design of scalable data architecture, develop comprehensive data management strategies, oversee MDM initiatives, and establish data governance policies ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR.
  • Collaboration and Business Enablement: Partner with analytics, marketing, market access, and sales teams to operationalize data use cases, enforce vendor governance, and lead cross-functional projects to improve analytics capabilities.
  • Syndicated Data and Analytics: Manage datasets from IQVIA, Symphony, and other sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and standardize data pipelines.
  • Technology and Infrastructure: Oversee data warehousing and reporting tools, evaluate new data sources and automation tools, and serve as a liaison among IT, analytics, and operations.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • 4+ years in data management, MDM, and analytics within biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
    • Experience with commercial datasets, MDM principles, and global team collaboration.
    • Proficiency in enterprise data warehousing, ETL, cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and programming (SQL, Python, R).
    • Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

    Travel: ~20%
