Role Purpose :

If you are looking to shape the digital future of a global conglomerate, then we have a great opportunity for you as part of the Global Data, Analytics and AI COE leadership. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to help establish and drive delivery at Carrier's NA and EU HVAC business units and guide the business through data transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the data and analytics roadmap for these business units, collaborating with architecture and business leaders to align data strategies with business priorities. The role reports to the Global Analytics Leader and matrixes to the BU CIO organization. The analytics leader will oversee critical data projects, managing data product development to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates will be located within a commutable distance of Carrier's offices in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Atlanta, GA.

Role Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the data and insights roadmap for global functions, partnering with CIO/BRMs, operations, product, and architecture teams.
• Serve as the primary data contact for the business unit, managing prioritization, strategy, communication, and deployment of insights and analytics.
• Implement agile methodologies, including Scrum and sprints, to enhance project delivery.
• Manage and deliver data insights projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize digital activities, and design digital analytics solutions.
• Ensure product and architecture teams understand and align with global strategic directions, influencing data strategy, technology decisions, and solution deployment.

Basic Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in Data and Analytics implementation.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, delivery management, or resource management.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in data management or business analysis, especially in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with data warehouse and visualization tools like Snowflake, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
• Experience designing and deploying analytics solutions for digital platforms and new product development.
