We are seeking a strategic and visionary communications leader to shape and evolve a modern, collaborative Corporate Communications function that advances IDEXX's mission, reputation, and growth. This is a unique opportunity to build and elevate our communication across both B2B and B2C audiences.
The Associate Director of Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of an integrated strategy that strengthens our reputation, amplifies executive visibility, and supports enterprise-wide priorities. This role will unify messaging across global and regional teams, advise senior leaders on high-impact communications, and guide the evolution of a function that plays a critical role in both opportunity and risk.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. They are equally comfortable building a long-term vision and navigating urgent, fast-moving challenges. This role requires strong leadership, crisp judgment, and deep experience connecting communications strategy to business outcomes.
This position is hybrid and you must be a commutable distance to Global Corporate in Westbrook, Maine. Requirement is 2-3 days onsite per week.
