Owing to the complex nature of the works involved, this role will suit a Project Controls Lead from a rail, aviation, highways or defense background with proven experience and understanding of the processes to be based in our New York Offices.
Minimum of 10 years of infrastructure program/project controls experience is required, focus on cost control/cost management services. NYC tri-state area infrastructure construction is a plus.
Job ObjectivesOffice presence is required 3 days out of the work week, based in lower Manhattan. Requirements may change depending on our client's needs.
QualificationsThe salary range for this full‑time role is $160K-$190K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
