OverviewThis role is for a Retail Media Associate Director who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves hands-on activation, and mentors junior team members. You will deliver performance-driven retail media strategy and activation, build strong client and partner relationships, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
Responsibilities:This is the pay range ($125,000-$135,000) the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k); FSA options; vacation, sick, personal days; paid parental and medical leave; and STD/LTD.
Work ModelThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
