Overview

This role is for a Retail Media Associate Director who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves hands-on activation, and mentors junior team members. You will deliver performance-driven retail media strategy and activation, build strong client and partner relationships, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead retail media search and DSP strategy, planning, and HOK activation across a portfolio of beauty brands within the Amazon ecosystem
  • Lead and develop a team of hands-on media managers and associates to deliver best-in-class media activation
  • Develop Amazon Advertising strategy, planning, and activation tactics for a holistic approach across both search and display
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of keyword and audience strategy and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Amazon advertising products and capabilities to test new opportunities and maximize value with retail partners
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and retail partners built on trust and collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of retail paid search and DSP experience in Amazon; multi-retail platform experience is ideal
  • Skilled at retail media strategy, planning and activation of large-scale enterprise campaigns
  • Experience with a retail media activation platform (e.g., Pacvue or Skai)
  • Ability to engage with clients in campaign strategy discussions, performance reviews, QBRs, and other forums
  • Ability to identify actionable insights from media performance trends and articulate them clearly
  • Strong understanding of the broader media ecosystem and how retail integrates across the consumer journey
  • Comfort with data and using insights to elevate media strategy and activation
Pay and Benefits

This is the pay range ($125,000-$135,000) the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k); FSA options; vacation, sick, personal days; paid parental and medical leave; and STD/LTD.

Work Model

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
