Associate Director, Clinical Programs - Emerson College : Job Details

The Associate Director, Clinical Programs supports the Director in managing the daily operations and ongoing development of the outpatient communication disorders clinic within the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders (CSD). The AD supports the compliance of the CSD clinical program with ASHA/ CAA, HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and student licensure requirements while overseeing client services, facilities management, and the expansion of clinical offerings to meet emerging needs and potential opportunities. The Associate Director provides supervision and mentorship to graduate student clinicians, by providing academic and clinical instruction. The AD supports clinical curriculum development and revision, and leads alumni engagement initiatives in partnership with departmental and college leadership.
